Job Summary
Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up while engaging them via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Provide the best possible counsel by assessing banking needs, obtaining account information, and recommending deposit and loan solutions based on unique goals. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to greet clients, process transactions, and open new accounts. Proactively educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence. Requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies

- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
