Job Summary
Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person or virtual engagement to assess banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Greet clients, process transactions, open new accounts, and submit credit applications while educating customers on digital products and self-service technologies. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products to provide consistent, optimal client experiences supported by branch team partnerships. Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, with a five-day workweek schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
- Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week

- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry
