Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, and virtually) to provide trusted financial counsel, assess and address banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, assist with digital products and self-service technologies, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional, digital-first client experience. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, identifying customer needs, making appropriate product recommendations, and maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking offerings, while handling basic transactions and guiding clients through new account openings and credit applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 3-4 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z (including related background/credit checks)
- Ability to open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
