Job Summary
Greet clients in-person, by appointment, or virtually to provide counsel on deposit and loan products while processing transactions and opening new accounts. Proactively engage customers to assess banking needs, submit credit applications, and educate them on emerging digital self-service tools. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking policies to recommend solutions that meet unique financial goals. This role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check. Applicants must have three to four years of retail banking experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English
- Experience in the financial services industry
