Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide tailored banking guidance. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing customers' banking needs, educating clients on deposit and loan products, opening consumer/business accounts, processing basic transactions, promoting digital and self-service banking tools, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver exceptional service. Must be knowledgeable about consumer and business banking products, and comfortable with NMLS-related requirements and regulatory standards. Strong communication, proactive outreach, and the ability to assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks required
