Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant 2 role at U.S. Bank in Burlingame, CA. Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, assess customers’ banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions based on individual goals. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch teammates, open new consumer and business accounts, and educate clients on digital self-service products. Must maintain NMLS registration and undergo background and credit checks as part of the process.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Background and credit checks may be required
