Job Summary
Builds relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial guidance; educates clients on deposit and loan products and services; identifies client needs and recommends solutions using a digital-first mindset; collaborates with branch team to open new consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and submit credit applications; promotes digital and self-service tools; requires working from a U.S. Bank location; includes mandatory NMLS registration and background/credit checks; bilingual Spanish & English proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically three to four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
- Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish and English
- NMLS registration under SAFЕ Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks may be required
