Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant builds relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel, assess customers’ financial needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, open consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and proactively engage clients using a digital-first approach. The role requires knowledge of consumer and business banking products, ability to communicate effectively, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience. NMLS registration is required; background and credit checks apply. Salary range based on location: $20.25–$24.75 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 3-4 years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks required
