Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide tailored banking counsel. Responsibilities include educating clients on deposit and loan products, opening new accounts, processing service requests, submitting credit applications, and proactively engaging clients via multiple channels. The role emphasizes a digital-first mindset, collaboration with branch teams, and maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services while delivering an optimal client experience. Applicants must be prepared for NMLS registration and background/credit checks, and the role is located in Winnemucca, NV with a part-time schedule (30 hours).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Criminal background and credit check may be required as part of the process
- Ability to open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests
- Proficiency in handling deposits and loan products information
- Experience with digital and self-service banking products
- Ability to provide customer-service and product recommendations
