Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 1-2 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training
- NMLS registration under SAFE Act (criminal background and credit check)
- Ability to open new consumer and business accounts; process basic transactions
- Ability to educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
