Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels, providing counsel and education on deposit and loan products, performing basic transactions, opening new accounts, and proactively identifying customers’ financial needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaborative partnerships with branch teammates, and the ability to recommend solutions based on customers’ goals, with a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services and experience with digital/self-service technologies. A background and credit check is part of the NMLS registration requirements for this role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
