Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide guidance on banking needs. They assess and attend to customers’ financial goals, explain and educate about deposit and loan products, open consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and promote digital self-service tools. They collaborate with branch teams to serve clients, identify customer needs, and make appropriate product recommendations, leveraging a digital-first mindset and available resources to ensure an accurate, compliant client experience. The role requires the ability to engage and communicate effectively, demonstrate digital products, and adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements (NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z); includes background and credit checks as part of the process, with location to be a U.S. Bank site for all scheduled work days.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum of one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Location: Los Angeles, CA or Brentwood, CA (U.S. Bank location required for all scheduled work days)
- NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; background and credit checks may be required
