Job Summary
Client Relationship Consultant across multiple levels (1-4) builds relationships by meeting customers face-to-face and advising on deposits, loans, and other financial solutions. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing information, educating clients on products, originating/closing consumer loans, and opening/closing accounts. Role requires adherence to NMLS requirements, background/credit checks, and effective selling, interpersonal, and communication skills. Opportunities span Bend, Redmond, and Sisters with a focus on delivering trusted financial guidance and supporting communities. Strong math, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities and knowledge of retail products are preferred; prior experience in financial services is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- 1-3 years sales experience
- NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z
