Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional client experience by handling financial transactions in bank locations with accuracy and timeliness, open/close deposit accounts, process a range of banking products and services, cross-sell to meet client needs, and maintain regulatory compliance. Build and maintain long-term consumer and commercial client relationships through active listening, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with internal resources. Requires 2+ years of retail/client service and cash handling experience, familiarity with banking software, and knowledge of deposit products and loans. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Location: Neillsville, WI. Job is Full-Time with periodic travel across the footprint.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) or more years of retail experience, client service, and cash handling experience required
- Experience in retail banking/transaction processing preferred
- Banking software, Outlook, Microsoft Office products experience preferred
- Familiarity with bank regulatory and compliance standards preferred
