Job Summary
Client Relationship Banker responsible for achieving individual and team sales metrics, serving as primary contact for banking center sales and services, acquiring new accounts, generating and processing consumer loans, and engaging with business banking activities. Responsibilities include high-quality customer service across banking matters, identifying relationship opportunities, handling checks and stop payments, assisting with account reconciliation, coordinating with staff and partners to meet personal and center goals, outbound calling, and leveraging CRM and digital tools to onboard clients and promote electronic banking products. The role emphasizes driving deposit and loan growth, delivering a superior client experience, and participating in training and compliance activities. Required: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in banking/sales or related experience, and S.A.F.E Act registration within three months of hire with Notary designation within six months.
