Job Summary
Client Relationship Analyst at Morgan Stanley supports Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and teams by delivering exceptional client service and handling administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, executing money movements, providing account information such as balances and positions, entering profile data, educating clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization), preparing materials for client meetings, supporting portfolio research and reporting, assisting with new account openings and financial planning, and contributing to marketing and general office tasks. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Education is a High School Diploma or equivalent with a college degree preferred; willingness to obtain Series 7 and 66 or 63 and 65 licenses. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent writing and client service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
- Industry experience is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong writing, interpersonal and client service skills
