Job Summary
Client Relationship Analysts provide exceptional client service to Morgan Stanley’s Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors and teams. Responsibilities include supporting client relationships, executing money movements, answering general questions about client accounts, entering profile information and documents, educating clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization), assisting with research and materials for client meetings, data entry for new accounts and financial planning, supporting marketing efforts, and providing administrative in-office support (calendar, travel, expense reports). Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work in a fast-paced environment; willingness to obtain required securities licenses. Reports to the Business Service Officer and participates in firm initiatives and training. Base pay ranges from $35,360 to $90,000 with potential additional incentives and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
