Job Summary

Client Relationship Analyst provides client support to Financial Advisor/Private Wealth Advisor teams, including facilitating money movement transactions, answering non-investment questions, relaying account information, entering and pre-filling client data on documents, educating clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization), and assisting with research, materials for client meetings, and data entry for new accounts and planning. Responsibilities also include supporting marketing efforts, staying current on policies and platforms, participating in training and special projects, and delivering administrative support such as phone coverage, calendar management, travel itineraries, expense reports, and general in-office tasks. Strong writing, interpersonal, and client-service skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required; willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63, Series 65) is noted. Reports to a Business Service Officer at Morgan Stanley, a firm emphasizing client-first values and inclusion across a global workforce.
