Job Summary
The Client Relations Specialist serves as the liaison with customers, developing relationships, providing guidance, and delivering high levels of customer support. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day communication, maintaining knowledge of company products, facilitating inter-departmental communication, assisting sales teams, and resolving customer issues. Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience and/or training in client relations
- High School Diploma or GED
