Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, their representatives, and case managers by promoting services and assessing needs. Guide clients through onboarding, annual renewals, medication management, and DSP matching while ensuring accurate record maintenance and confidentiality. Act as the primary administrative contact to resolve issues, conduct quality assurance follow-ups, and facilitate successful client-DSP matches. Communicate via phone, email, and text to document interactions and coordinate with physician offices for medication records. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience in administration, customer service and/or data entry and analysis, or other related areas
- Must pass and maintain background clearance as defined by Oregon State Background Regulations
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality standards
- Ability to understand complex paperwork and compliance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Community Living Support agency operations a plus
