Job Summary
Oversee an onsite print production facility and lead daily operations, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, project management, and ensuring on-time, within-budget deliverables. Manage billing processes, equipment maintenance, and inventory to support production needs. Maintain and update production manuals and internal documentation. Partner with Major Account Managers to support client relationships through site visits and presentations, while delivering high-quality print production services and exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in print production, digital printing, or related industry
- Working knowledge of print equipment, production materials, and finishing processes
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in a production or service environment
- Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills (in-person and phone)
- Ability to confidently present company capabilities and print solutions to clients
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, software, and workflow issues
