Client Relations Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Drive clear, measurable client engagement goals and analyze firmwide private equity data to inform strategic planning and targeting. Serve as project lead for DealCloud management, events, and sponsorships while coordinating internal reporting and leadership briefings. Engage in client communications, conduct competitor research, and facilitate follow-ups to enhance client service. Proactively identify portfolio gaps and risks, then organize practice-specific events and publications supporting business development. Track key performance indicators, new matter intake, and opportunities for HK Deal Flow, CMAS, and other firm engagements. Maintain a regular, predictable work schedule during business hours with full attention to firm activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Political Science or related fields
- 6+ years of experience in professional services (preferably legal)
- Exceptional communicator with strong business writing, listening, and presentation skills
- Professional, proactive, and results-driven with high energy and integrity
- Strategic thinker who combines big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with strong planning, organizational, and project management abilities
- Client-focused and skilled in relationship management and business/client development mindset
- Empathetic and collaborative, able to build rapport and maintain constructive relationships
- Highly adaptable, capable of prioritizing and completing tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency with Intapp DealCloud
- Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite, or Microsoft 365
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Data base management and analytics preferred
- Familiarity with middle-market M&A processes or private capital markets
- Exposure to private equity, venture capital, investment banking, lender relationship management or corporate development
- Knowledge of data enrichment tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ)
- experience customizing workflows, dashboards, and reports
