Job Summary
Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls, warmly connecting clients to correct departments and carrier care centers. Assist with walk-in clients and take and upload payments. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service while effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries. Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and time management in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, on-site role supports Dimond Bros.'s mission-driven, people-first culture with great benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and seasonal half-day Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
- Strong computer literacy
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Customer Service Experience desired
