Job Summary
Client Relations Executive for Elior's Education division, leading client engagement, retention, and growth across education contracts. You’ll manage client renewals, re-bids, and negotiations, driving satisfaction and sustainable revenue by turning client insights into tailored solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with Education clients, coordinating renewal and re-bid activity from documentation to client presentations, using CRM tools to track performance and risks, partnering with internal teams to address client feedback, and analyzing win/loss outcomes to inform future strategies. The role is nationwide and field-based with travel, and offers a travel allowance. The ideal candidate has proven experience in education contract catering, strong client partnership skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support renewal targets and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the Education sector of contract catering
- Track record of building and sustaining strong client partnerships
- Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills
- Confidence with data and financial analysis to support sound decision-making
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively across teams
