Job Summary
Associate-level support for the US Sales Team at Man Group. Serve as a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries, maintain CRM with client records and pipeline, and coordinate ad hoc requests and reporting to senior management. Support the US Sales team on projects impacting the existing client base; manage client onboarding and provide guidance for complex investor transactions. Coordinate prospect/client portfolio reviews, RFP and DDQ completion, roadshows, outreach campaigns, and client update calls. Deliver customized reporting to the North American client base and oversee subscription and redemption communications. Organize and implement new commercial agreements and maintain ongoing agreements (Intermediary, Rebate, Platform, Custody, etc.). Coordinate client restriction list implementation and attestation processes with the Compliance team. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a related financial services role; strong organizational skills; ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; advanced Microsoft skills with Salesforce/MMD as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a sales, investor relations or investment operations related role in a financial services firm
