Client Relations & Accounts Assistant primarily home-based role focusing on managing client accounts, analysing data, preparing reports, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, with a strong focus on commercial awareness and delivering value to clients. Responsibilities include building client relationships, analysing account performance metrics and trends, preparing comprehensive monthly/quarterly/annual reports and presentations, presenting insights to clients, collaborating with Commercial teams to address client needs, developing client-facing materials, conducting regular account reviews, assisting in onboarding/offboarding, supporting monthly articles delivery, and maintaining a competitor matrix across six key business areas. Key skills include commercial acumen, analytical ability, strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, customer service orientation, CRM software familiarity, MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and project management.
