Client Project Coordinator 1

Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related information. Serve as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal teams to ensure successful project setup. Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up. Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs. Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed. Assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements. Interpret and apply department policies and procedures; assist with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations with guidance as needed. Contribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestions for improvements. Promote Pace's mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with clients and coworkers. This onsite, full-time role in Sheridan, WY requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field and one year of customer service experience.
