Job Summary
Client Program Manager to oversee and execute operations and logistics for training programs, lead client engagement from onboarding through renewal, coordinate live seminars (in-person and/or virtual), manage LMS user accounts and training reports, develop relationships with corporate and university clients, supervise client program coordinators, and ensure timely resolution of issues with tech support; requires strong project management, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; hybrid role based in Newton, MA with 2-3 days in office; bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in related fields are required; experience in financial services is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, client services, operations, event management
- Experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management or private wealth management) would be an advantage
- Demonstrable high-quality customer service experience
- Excellent follow-through and ability to build trust and credibility with clients by consistently delivering best-in-class client service experience
- Ability to think and plan ahead without prompting
- High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment with multiple training events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional work experience
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, business development and account management teams
