Job Summary

Client & Product Success Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of advertising clients and AI tool users, owning end-to-end client communication, translating performance data into actionable recommendations, conducting regular client calls, aiding onboarding and adoption of an AI ad analysis platform, gathering feedback for internal teams, collaborating with product and leadership, and maintaining accurate CRM and documentation. Requires client account management experience, SaaS/CS mindset, strong communication, data interpretation, organizational ownership, tech-savviness with CRMs and collaboration tools, and familiarity with Amazon Ads. Remote-first with preference for Eastern Europe; opportunity for cross-functional impact and growth in Amazon advertising and SaaS products.

Required Qualifications

  • Client Account Management Experience in an agency or service-based environment
  • Product Success or Customer Success experience with SaaS is a big plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to explain performance data clearly
  • Organizational skills and ownership of priorities
  • Comfort with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Slack, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads or motivation to learn quickly
  • Proactive mindset and curiosity to improve client and user experience
