Client & Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Drive positioning and messaging for Rosnet's platform and features to resonate with restaurant operators, leading go-to-market planning for new releases from naming through launch. Build sales enablement assets like battlecards and demo narratives to improve win rates while developing buyer personas for stakeholders ranging from CFOs to GMs. Convert satisfied customers into advocates through case studies and testimonials, then design lifecycle campaigns to strengthen retention and expansion. Champion the voice of the customer internally by translating feedback to Product and Marketing, and partner on events and webinars to build loyalty. This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Marketing, working closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services to shape a clear go-to-market motion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing
- hands-on experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or both
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation and sales enablement platforms
- A track record of taking a product or feature to market and measuring the results in real numbers (pipeline influenced, adoption, win rate, retention/NPS impact)
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working through ambiguous, cross-functional challenges independently
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across product marketing and customer marketing simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive initiatives from concept to completion
- Genuinely strong writing — able to make complicated things clear and dry things interesting, in a direct, credible, human voice
- Comfort presenting to and building trust with both technical and non-technical audiences across Sales, Product, and customers
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate competing priorities across sales, product, and customer success
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Estimated up to 10% for client events/site visits
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
- Ability to communicate clearly via video, phone, and written formats
- Occasional travel to customer sites or events as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Background in restaurants, hospitality, or food service, whether marketing to that world or working in it
- Experience with customer advocacy or reference programs
- Familiarity with additional sales enablement platforms and marketing automation tools
- Customer-first mindset — genuine understanding of restaurant and foodservice operator pain points
- Data-driven decision making — ties campaigns and launches to measurable business outcomes
- Cross-functional collaboration — operates fluidly across Sales, Product, and Client Services without heavy process
- Bias for action — moves quickly between strategic positioning work and hands-on campaign execution
