Job Summary
Client Portfolio Support role to assist Client Portfolio Managers (CPM) with FX hedging and cash management, execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD) across multiple liquidity providers, handling high volumes of inquiries via phone and email, and gaining understanding of processes across Screening, Operations, Reconciliation, Compliance and Treasury; requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships within the CPM team. Fluency in French (business English), degree in economics/business/finance preferred, 1+ year FX experience beneficial, and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the FX industry beneficial
- Interest and knowledge of the Financial markets
- Fluency in French is essential with a business level of English to work in an international environment
- Degree level education, ideally in economics, business studies or finance, preferred, or relevant working experience
- Ability to work under pressure while working accurately and efficiently
- Fast learner with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent phone manner
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Strong mathematical understanding
