Job Summary

Provide day-to-day IT operations support for client platforms, focusing on setup, configuration, and support of hardware devices (computers, phones, tablets, VR/AR devices). Develop automation with PowerShell, Bash scripting, and Python; administer imaging and MDM systems; deliver remote and onsite technical support including events; maintain and create documentation; and participate in off‐hours on‐call event support, with international travel as required.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least two years of experience supporting macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android in a corporate environment
  • One or more years of enterprise Windows client management experience (e.g. GPOs, Chef, FOG, MDT)
  • Hands‐on experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Experience using ADB for flashing and sideloading devices
  • Basic networking knowledge, including DHCP, TCP/IP, FTP, and PXE
  • Passport for international travel and ability to travel for events
