Job Summary
Schedule client audits across the UK&I using planning tools and geographical knowledge to ensure monthly delivery and KPI targets are met. Provide short- and long-term planning solutions, take ownership of availability for external delivery teams, and negotiate diary moves with clients to minimize changes. Handle all associated calls professionally, identify resource solutions for unbooked visits, and manage individual workflows with accurate data updates. Resolve expressions of dissatisfaction and communicate relevant products and services to existing clients. Work hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a salary up to £26,775 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within an administrative, customer service and/or coordination role
- An excellent telephony manner with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- The ability to build credible relationships with internal departments
- Previous experience of working towards KPIs and targets
- Previous experience of CRM systems e.g. SAP, Salesforce etc
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Resilient with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
