Job Summary
As a key member of the regional growth team, you will be the ultimate door-opener focused on top-of-funnel strategic prospecting and lead generation. You will initiate highly personalised, credible relationships with senior digital leaders (CIO/CDO/CTO/CEOs) in the region, identifying strategic challenges and generating high-quality opportunities for the wider Client Partnerships team. You will design, execute, and scale outbound prospecting initiatives, lead on our outbound strategy across conferences, events, forums, groups, Meetups and webinars, understand the tech and professional services landscape, and qualify incoming and outbound leads to ensure a high-context handover to the CP team for proposal development and closing. You will win new client opportunities as part of the BD team, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and cultivate strong relationships quickly and over time with cross-functional collaboration, contributing to a mid-senior level role across digital, AI, marketing, technology, Agile, change management and business transformation domains.
