Job Summary

Owns one of our largest clients end-to-end in a day-to-day lead role, driving work across product, engineering, delivery and content to ensure what ships meets client needs and quality standards. Act as the client’s main point of contact, translate requests into clear priorities and next steps, manage account planning (roadmap, renewals, expansions), and produce actionable client reporting. The role requires proactive, independent work across cross-functional teams, strong critical thinking to anticipate client needs, and comfort working US Eastern Time hours. The position is fully remote and focused on a major US sport client with the capacity to adapt to playoff, draft, and season rhythms, leveraging modern tooling and AI to improve speed, quality, and team performance. The candidate should have enterprise client relationship experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in basketball. The salary is up to $80,000 per year while working full-time as a contractor/employee arrangement as described. It’s a high-growth SaaS environment with exposure to renewals, expansions, and high-level client interactions.
