Job Summary
Client Partner to own and lead a high-value Canadian-based remote engagement for Storyteller's NBA/major US sports client. Youâll drive end-to-end account delivery, coordinate across product, engineering, delivery, and content teams, translate client requests into clear priorities, manage roadmap/renewals/expansions, own client reporting, and handle incidents/escalations. The role requires proactive, independent work, sharp communication, and alignment with US Eastern Time hours. A basketball interest and experience with enterprise client relationships are highly valued; remote in Canada with full-time, permanent employment and benefits, plus 33 days paid leave.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships (3+ years suggested)
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, delivery, and content
- Proactive, independent work style with ability to handle multiple moving parts
- Genuine interest in basketball and sports industry
