Job Summary
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the Argentine market. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies while working across agency departments to build holistic solutions. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, and identify growth opportunities before every client interaction. Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Argentina.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market
- Strong agency and brand relationships across the Argentine digital advertising community
- Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets)
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
