Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day relationship with Mattel EMEA stakeholders, building trusted partnerships and delivering an outstanding client experience. Drive planning excellence across EMEA markets, ensuring local recommendations align with global strategy while meeting market-specific needs. Oversee campaign delivery across the region, maintaining quality, accountability and momentum from briefing through to execution. Connect regional, local and specialist teams, creating alignment around priorities, timelines and ways of working. Support commercial planning, resource management and growth opportunities that contribute to long-term client success. Lead governance and operational processes, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, actions and key deliverables. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues across markets to deliver their best work. This six-month fixed-term contract supports parental cover within the Mattel EMEA team at Spark Foundry, a Publicis Groupe acceleration agency focused on helping brands identify and respond to opportunities faster than the competition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading client relationships, planning programmes or account delivery within a media agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of integrated media planning and campaign delivery
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong relationships across teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence and align diverse audiences
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, balancing multiple priorities effectively
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to deliver value for both clients and the business
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
