Job Summary

Client Partner (Outbound) responsible for driving new client acquisition and building long-term strategic relationships in digital commerce and enterprise technology. Own and execute an outbound strategy targeting enterprise and mid-market clients across Europe, UK, and the Middle East. Identify, engage, and nurture CxOs and senior leaders; lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure; collaborate with presales, delivery, and CoE leaders to design and position solutions; drive consultative conversations linking business pain points to outcomes such as revenue growth, automation, and scalability; develop strategic pursuit plans and account maps; partner with marketing and GTM teams to create campaigns and thought leadership content; track metrics across pipeline creation, deal velocity, margin contribution, and client satisfaction. Requirements include 5+ years in Business Development or consultative selling within IT services or software development; proven outbound prospecting and closing of high-value services engagements; ability to engage senior decision-makers; fluency in English (Polish not required). Nice-to-haves include AI and data-driven commerce experience and exposure to commerce platform partnerships.
