Job Summary
Client Partner Lead for the Manufacturing & Multi-industries segment: own the vertical strategy, revenue goals, and strategic client relationships across a portfolio; lead and coach a team of Client Partners; collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, Legal and Finance; drive long-term growth through plans, cross-sell/upsell, and pipeline management; oversee proposals, pricing, and profitability; govern budgets, CRM reporting, and data-driven forecasting; enable delivery handovers and turn satisfied clients into advocates through references and co-marketing; require proven IT/manufacturing domain knowledge, strategic account management, consultative selling, and strong stakeholder engagement; German and English language skills preferred; promotes diversity and an inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in IT sector with Manufacturing focus
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience leading and coaching teams in strategic account management
- Ability to define and drive vertical strategy and market leadership
- Proven track record in cross-sell/upsell opportunities and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and governance/reporting processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Presales, Legal, Finance
