Job Summary

Client Partner – Higher Education drives new business development and grows existing relationships within higher education accounts. The role manages the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, engages senior leaders and decision-makers, and collaborates with internal teams (marketing, product management, client success) to ensure solution delivery. The successful candidate will identify prospective clients, pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage contract renewals, maintain CRM records, and present tailored FranklinCovey solutions to address institution-specific challenges. This position is remote in California, Oregon, or Washington and requires a strong foundation in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and a results-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Enterprise or Higher Ed sales experience including account management and new logo development
  • 3+ years of experience in higher education in a leadership, enrollment, or administrative role
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the executive presence and credibility to engage confidently in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Highly proficient with sales technologies, digital platforms, and social media tools used for prospecting and outreach
  • Familiarity with FranklinCovey content and solutions
