Job Summary
Client Partner to lead new business development and grow higher education accounts; manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with upsell/cross-sell to drive retention and revenue; builds and maintains relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers; collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions delivery; requires a strong sales foundation, consultative selling, and executive presence; requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of enterprise/higher education sales; experience with subscription-based models, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and knowledge of FranklinCovey content and solutions; remote role with coverage in California, Oregon, or Washington; compensation includes base salary plus commission.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of Enterprise or Higher Ed sales experience including account management and new logo development
- 3+ years of experience in higher education in a leadership, enrollment, or administrative role
