Job Summary
Grow Leader In Me in the assigned region by prospecting education accounts (K-12), diagnosing client needs and aligning FranklinCovey Education solutions with key decision makers, closing business and growing sales revenue. Build mutually beneficial relationships with principals and district leaders to generate interest, pipeline, and new business; diagnose client needs to propose solutions aligned to state, district, or local priorities; maintain robust pipeline; travel as necessary; collaborate across teams and demonstrate leadership practices in daily work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate and/or K-12 education sales
- 3+ years of experience in education leadership as a principal and/or district leadership role
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in education, business, organizational development, or related field.
