Job Summary
Client Partner at Brainlabs focused on building high-value, long-term client relationships and driving sales growth. You will pitch and win new clients, deliver strategic growth plans, expand client revenue via up/cross-selling Brainlabs solutions, ensure SOW fulfillment, develop client case studies, anticipate challenges, and translate client needs into tailored media strategies. You will be a trusted adviser, delivering flawless client delivery, commercial success, and robust stakeholder management across the client portfolio. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic problem solving, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets and high client satisfaction (CSAT/TRR).
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience delivering full-service strategy, planning and activation solutions to clients
