Job Summary
Own strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders including CXOs, Business Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and COOs across banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. Act as a trusted advisor to understand client business priorities, transformation agendas, and technology challenges while building multi-year account strategies focused on growth, profitability, and long-term partnership. Drive new-logo acquisition, account penetration, cross-sell, and wallet-share expansion by identifying and closing large strategic and transformation opportunities from origination through contract closure. Lead complex pursuits involving multiple service lines, geographies, and partners to ensure successful client outcomes while managing delivery risks and strengthening referenceability.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience
- substantial experience in BFSI
- Deep understanding of BFSI business, technology, and transformation priorities
- Proven record of winning strategic customers, large deals, and complex transformation engagements
- Strong experience growing large strategic accounts and building long-term executive relationships
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities
- Commercial acumen across pricing, contracting, negotiation, and deal structuring
- Ability to connect client business challenges with consulting, technology, and operational solutions
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working across global teams and complex organizational structures
- 15+ Years
- Experience with banks, financial institutions, insurers, and/or capital markets clients
- proven portfolio of new-logo wins, large strategic deals, account expansion, and transformation engagements
- strong capabilities across BFSI domain expertise, consultative selling, executive relationship management, commercial leadership, and technology transformation

- Drive new-logo acquisition, account penetration, cross-sell, up-sell, and wallet-share expansion
- Identify, shape, and close large strategic and transformation opportunities
- Build strong opportunity pipelines aligned to revenue, booking, and profitability targets
- Lead pursuits from opportunity origination through solutioning, commercial negotiation, and contract closure
- Develop compelling business cases and differentiated value propositions focused on measurable client outcomes
- Bring strong understanding of key BFSI areas such as: Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking

- Engage clients on transformation opportunities across AI/GenAI, cloud, data and analytics, application modernization, digital platforms, cybersecurity, automation, core modernization, and managed services
- Own account-level revenue, bookings, pipeline, profitability, and growth objectives
- Lead complex pursuits involving multiple service lines, geographies, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive pricing strategy, contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial governance
- Partner with consulting, solution, engineering, delivery, alliance, and industry teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Proactively manage delivery risks and strengthen client satisfaction and referenceability
- Experience managing large, global client relationships
- Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- MBA preferred
- Experience with a leading global IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or technology organization
