Job Summary
The KYC Client Outreach Specialist (COS) team acts as the front line unit engaging with clients to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements for periodic refreshes, coordinating with Global Corporate and Investment Bankers and Global Markets Sales, and supporting documentation collection for Client Due Diligence (CDD). Responsibilities include outreach to clients to request and collect KYC documentation, coordinating with bankers, risk and operations, reviewing forecasts for KYC refresh, driving client engagement to close relationship coverage gaps, establishing routines for progress transparency, ensuring compliance with KYC processes, and collaborating with multiple groups to improve processes across lines of business and regions. The role requires mastery of CDD/CDD requirements, ability to work across lines of business and regions, and strong client focus with excellent interpersonal skills. Shift: 1st shift, 40 hours/week; pay range $125,000 - $194,700 annualized. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience: 10+ years in a client-facing role in financial services. Preferred: CAMS certification and knowledge of AML CDD policy and standards.
