Job Summary
Client Outreach & Customer Service Specialist at European Wax Center franchisee role focusing on proactive guest outreach and frontline guest service. Key duties include sharing service and product knowledge, creating target lists for promotional outreach, performing approximately 100 daily outreach calls to recurring, lapsed, or new guests for 9 Phoenix locations, producing outreach targets and booking conversion results, analyzing guest profiles with team members to maximize opportunities and earnings, engaging in guest outreach to re-engage guests with waxing services, and providing excellent customer service both over the phone and at the front desk (checking guests in/out, rebooking services, upselling). Requires 6 months to 1 year of customer outreach/call center and guest experience/POS experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional appearance, key-holder responsibilities, independent work habits, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in customer outreach / call center required
- 6 months to 1 year of guest experience / POS software experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position
- Ability to maintain an independent working environment and exhibit self-motivation to complete call lists and achieve goals
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition
