Frontline client operations support handling inquiries across phone, chat, and case channels; provide clear guidance to help clients navigate core workflows and platform topics (Orion, Redtail, OCIO); troubleshoot entry-level workflow and data questions; maintain accurate intake, case documentation, and Salesforce records; strive for first-contact resolution while escalating issues with proper documentation; build foundational proficiency in assigned technology areas and progress through required certifications and learning pathways; identify opportunities to simplify client workflows and contribute to team improvements; maintain performance across core service metrics such as NPS, adherence, and documentation quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred
