Job Summary
Lead on duty, ensuring seamless class check-ins, studio opening and closing, and maintaining all facilities including laundry, locker rooms, and overall cleanliness. Support management of studio staff, develop relationships with clients, and assist with Fuel Bar orders, retail inventory, and merchandising. Partner with senior leadership to execute marketing strategies, drive acquisition, and implement hospitality processes while training team members to uphold brand standards. Manage client inquiries via Zendesk and Brandbot, oversee loyalty programs, and conduct weekly facility audits to ensure consistent service quality. Work 5 shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills

- Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction

- Must be a patient, courteous listener, able to show empathy
