Job Summary
Client Operations Supervisor at Barry’s leads hospitality and daily operations, supports management with marketing initiatives, and ensures client satisfaction through class check-ins, staff supervision, inventory control for fuel bar and retail, and adherence to brand standards. The role involves developing client relationships, executing marketing tactics, training team members, managing studio facilities and cleanliness, driving loyalty and community initiatives, and coordinating internal communications. Proficiency in customer service, communications, teamwork, inventory management, and operating systems (Zendesk/Brandbot) are key. Must be available for 5 shifts including weekends/holidays and maintain a professional appearance to uphold the Barry’s brand in a fast-paced fitness studio environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Availability to work 5 shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction
- Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job
- Must be a patient, courteous listener, able to show empathy
- Responding to clients request with a can-do attitude
